MMGT 243 — Fundamentals of Project Management (5 cr)
Project management is an effective method for executing and completing projects on time and within budget. Students will gain a working knowledge of the fundamentals of project management and be able to immediately use that knowledge to effectively manage work projects. This course introduces the concepts and methods required for creating a plan and effectively managing project scope, time, cost, human resources, communication, risk, and procurement management to produce quality deliverables.
